Before the new siding
We went from old R13 insulation to R15 plus R5 foam board. It's as insulated as we can make it with today's technology.

I installed a ledger board for a new awning over the front eventually. And new windows of course.
All the siding is done.

We weren't sure about the green, but it grew on us.

Trimed the walk with rocks from the yard. It might keep back the mud when it rains. Lots more rocks to bring up the hill to complete it!
